Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during the transit back to our facility.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient time for curbside or threshold collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
