What is the lead time for furniture delivery?
Most of our handcrafted pieces have a lead time of 10-14 weeks. In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 weeks from our warehouse.

Yes, we encourage you to experience our materials in person. You can order up to 12 free fabric swatches to help you decide on the perfect texture and color for your space.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
What fill options do you provide for your sofas?
We offer two premium fill options: our signature ethically-sourced Feather Down for a classic 'sink-in' feel, and our Vegan Polyfill for those who prefer a hypoallergenic, slightly firmer loft.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available for all large furniture items. This service includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
